efficient staff direct access public transportation skytrain station

the check-in process was quick the front desk staff were efficient i was able to get to my room without delay the hotel had direct access to public transportation the skytrain station was steps from the lobby i could easily travel to other parts of the area

i found limited options for late-night snacks on the premises i needed to go off-site to find a suitable place for a quick bite late at night

easy access comfortable bed high quality

I found the location quite convenient to the airport. the skytrain provided easy access. the value was good considering the high quality of my stay. the bed was comfortable. It ensured a restful night.

The elevators did seem a bit slow during peak times. This caused minor delays.

Convenient and Clean Stay

The room was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom, which I liked. The bathroom had a nice shower. The location near the airport was quite convenient (it made my early flight much less stressful).

The check-in process took about twenty minutes, it was a little long considering the hour. A second staff member during peak times would improve the guest arrival experience.
